Our prices
For buying our prices are $595 plus disbursements. Disbursements for the purchase of a property in the ACT are as follows:

* A special water meter reading is optional and will be discussed during your first interview.
Our selling fees are charged in two separate billable stages.
The first stage covers the preparation of the contract. The cost for this is $150 plus disbursements. The disbursements arise because we need to obtain documents from various agencies in order to prepare the contract for sale. The required documents and their prices are as follows:
