What do I need to tell the real estate agent?
Simply tell you real estate agent that your solicitor is Jan Moerkerke or
Beacon Legal whose phone number is 02 6296 4089 and fax number is 02 6231 0984.
Your real estate agent will fax us a sales advice setting out the property
details, price etc. You should also tell your real estate agent our postal
address which is PO Box 1863, Tuggeranong ACT 2901.
Can I come in to see you?
Yes anytime, but it is better to make an appointment by phoning 02 6296 4089.
We appreciate dealing with you personally and having the opportunity to explain
the intricacies of conveyancing to you. Such a visit is particularly helpful
if you are not sure of which searches and/or inspections you require. Our
address is 60 Stieglitz Circuit, Kambah in the ACT.
Can I do it all remotely without coming in?
Yes if you prefer. You may wish to instruct us by completing this online
Instruction Form. You will receive an immediate confirmation by email and be
contacted within 24 to 48 hours to continue matters.
Can I arrange finance through you?
